Before meeting with Dr Seifan I was having daily panic attacks and felt as though my life was over. I didn’t feel confident in my ability to survive and thrive in the world around me, and felt as though I was too stressed out to function. However, after 6 months of treatment, my panic attacks have stopped, I feel much more confident about my future, and I am much less anxious. This program really works well!
